PFL Food Private Limited is a food manufacturing company with its own production and operating facility at Murbad, Thane.

The company has two mainstay brands; Hand Brand that has been around since 1905 and Mom’s Choice, founded in 1998. ‘Mom’s Choice’ and ‘Hand Brand’ were taken over by PFL Food Private Limited along with Operating Factory at Murbad (Thane, Maharashtra). PFL Food has grown Mom’s Choice into a market-leader in several states and ensured that the rich heritage of Hand Brand is made known to a new generation of youth and millennials.

The primary food products sold under the brands ‘Mom’s Choice’ and ‘Hand Brand’ are Vermicelli, Pasta, Macaroni and Noodles. The long-cut vermicelli and noodles are made from all-purpose flour, whereas the pasta and short vermicelli are prepared using wheat semolina. Both long-cut and short vermicelli can be used to create sweet as well as savoury dishes.

In the year 2021, the company launched two distinct ready to cook products: Instant Kheer in two flavours, Chocolate and Rabdi, and Ready to Cook Pasta in Jalapeño and Tomato Cheese flavours.

PFL Food produces pastas in numerous shapes and sizes. The raw pasta production machinery compares favorably with the technological advances in the industry, and the company has the capability to produce tube shaped pasta (penne, macaroni, rigatoni, fusilli) and alphabet shaped pasta. Noodles are produced in a variety of sizes. The other products in our portfolio are Ginger-Garlic Paste and Schezwan Chatpatni.
